Since opening in 2010, Longman & Eagle’s focus has been sourcing the finest local ingredients in the region to create an ever-changing menu of regional American fare. L&E’s farm-to-table, nose-to-tail aesthetic is lovingly represented by Executive Chef Brian Motyka. His inspired offerings are both straightforward and layered, featuring hyper-seasonal ingredients that exemplify his passion for creative, fresh, and handmade methods, offered at fair and reasonable prices.

Offerings include an extensive bottled and draft beer list, seasonal craft cocktails, unusual spirits, bio-dynamic, small batch wines, and an unparalleled whiskey selection. The whiskey offerings embody a philosophy that’s been paramount since opening — “whiskey for your mouth, not for our shelves” — which encourages broad tasting options for L&E’s favorite spirit. Currently, Longman’s bar stocks over 400 whiskeys, with over three dozen of them on offer daily for only $3 a shot (obscure and popular labels alike).
